Running for Absolute Beginners

Clones AC introduced the "Running for Absolute Beginners" programme in July 2012 and since then have introduced over 500 people to running through a 9-week programme of gentle progression and encouragement.
The graduates of the Absolutes Programme are encouraged to join in mainstream training sessions to continue their running development in line with their personal running goals. |
Seniors

For all seniors who can run for 30 mins/5k and want to improve their performance. These sessions will alternate between track and road on Mondays and will be on the track on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
A variety of speed, tempo and fartlek training programmes, these sessions will assist in the development of technique, pace and endurance for those who want to continue to develop their running performance. |
