RESUMPTION OF TRAINING

Juvenile Training will resume on Tuesday 8th September.
Due to Covid we will be doing this on a PHASED APPROACH over the coming week and parents will be contacted on when their Child(ren) are able to return.
On return registration will take place at the Club Shed at the bottom of the track, with all personnel asked to enter and leave the track around the side of the building.
All juveniles in the early session 6:30 -7:30 are to be accompanied by a parent  each night and must have a Athletics Ireland Covid Questionnaire filled in for each session.
After training parents are asked to pick Children up in communial area at the top of the steps.

In Session 2 7:30 - 8:30 we only have room for 15 per session, so to try and accomadate everyone each athlete will have to choose a Tuesday or Thursday session and will remain in that Session to Christmas. Spaces booked on first come first served, by emailing pon1973@gmail.com and stating what session you prefer. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee you will get this session. Athlete will be notified who is in which session. If you not on What's app please download it is easy way of communicating to our groups.

An electronic Covid Questionnaire must be filled out before each session for ALL ATHLETES and COACHES otherwise an athlete cant train. This will be set up in a Whats app group. Registration will be at club shed before entering the track.

All athletes should have a small bag with a water bottle clearly labelled with their name on it. Bag should also have their own hand sanitiser in it.

Children should NOT attend training if they have any Covid like symptons

Training fee is €2, please come with proper change please.

We will NOT be taking any new members at this time, and will review this over the coming months.

We hope you understand our situation as we are trying to provide a safe and healthy environment for our athletes and their families.

Another year ahead of us and we look to keep building on the work and success in 2018.
Numbers are up and with that comes the challenge of needing extra help and possibly capping the numbers at training. There are a few changes in Registration for 2019. All existing members have the opportunity to register between the 3rd and 17th of January, registration forms available on 3rd at training. On the 22nd we will open it up to New Members and Registration will close on Thursday January 31st. So the opportunites to join will only happen during January, April and September in 2019, so folks get registered to get training, not registered cant train.  Registration for an Adult Member is €30 while it is €25 for Juveniles
