Under 9: 60mrs, 300mrs, Turbo Javelin, 3x100mrs.
Under 11: 60mrs, 600mrs, Long Jump, 3x100mrs.
Under 13: 80mrs, 800mrs, Shot, 3x100mrs.
Under 15: 100mrs, 800mrs, Long Jump, Javelin, 3x100mrs.
Under 17: 100mrs, 800mrs, Long Jump, Javelin, 3x100mrs.
Under 19: 100mrs, 800mrs, Long Jump, Javelin, 3x100mrs.
 
Each athlete may compete in 1 Track and 1 Field event plus 1 relay.
 
All athletes are requested to compete in this event. Athletes are asked to meet at Club Shed at end of track at 6pm on Friday. Competition to start at 6:30 and finish between at 8:45pm approximately . Athletes are asked to stay for Relays at the end of programme if on a team.
All athletes are asked to be in warm clothes and rain jacket, and to compete in shorts, club or  BLUE t shirt/vest   and in Spikes (5mm) spikes or Trainers.
NO ATHLETE is to leave Track without informing coach (Parents please note).

The Track & Field season gets under way on Friday 12th April at the Peace Link with Round 1 of the Inter Club Spring League. All athletes are requested to take part I this event, with events for U9's to U19's. The following are a list of events for the First Round.
