Oct 29th National Marathon Championships - Dublin - 9am
Nov 5th  County Uneven Age, Intermediate & Masters  Cross Country – Carrick  - 11am
Nov 12th  Ulster & NI Even Age & Novice Cross Country – Ballybofey– 10:30am
Nov 18th British & Irish Master International Cross Country - Derry - 11am
Nov 26th National Even Age, Junior & Senior Cross Country – Abbotstown, Dublin
